When: 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Where: City Park Carousel Gardens
Price: $30, additional $10 for canine companions

Open beer bars, unlimited amusement park rides, food, vodka snoballs and this year, you’ll be able to bring your pups thanks to the LASPCA. Only 101 dogs will be allowed in the park and they’ll only be able to ride the train, no other rides. Click here for more information.

Longue Vue was the family home of Edith and Edgar Stern, two of New Orleans’s leading philanthropists and activists of the 20th century. The Sterns used their beautiful home to entertain, and also to champion causes in civil rights and social justice. Family Equality Day aims to honor their legacy by opening the house to all families.
