So the craziness of Mardi Gras is over, and we’re all still in recovery mode. Everything in the city seems to be moving a little slower, but when one thing ends, another begins.

Now that Lent is here, crawfish season is in full swing, and boils are happening all over the places. Boils for a good cause are even better, and it’s one of the things you can set out to do in the city this weekend.
