Weekend Picks: Mardi Gras is over, and Lent is here. Bring on the crawfish!

You thought New Orleans was all about seafood before Lent?

So the craziness of Mardi Gras is over, and we’re all still in recovery mode. Everything in the city seems to be moving a little slower, but when one thing ends, another begins.

Now that Lent is here, crawfish season is in full swing, and boils are happening all over the places. Boils for a good cause are even better, and it’s one of the things you can set out to do in the city this weekend.
