Word around the internet says Aubrey is real sensitive right now.
Drake and Migos are meant to play in New Orleans tonight as part of their world tour. But with a recent illness forcing Drake to cancel his last several stops on the tour, we have to wonder if Drake will show up at all.
While Drake claimed a “sudden illness” lead him to cancel the stops, plenty of people feel that he made the decision to halt the shows because the internet has spent the last several days criticizing some of his relationships with young women and girls.
Drake recently shut down a restaurant to have dinner with an 18-year-old model he’s believed to be seeing, but internet sleuths were quick to point out that Drake met the girl before she was legally an adult.
Against that backdrop, new questions were raised about his relationship with 14-year-old actress Millie Bobbie Brown. Brown defended her relationship with the superstar rapper, saying there was nothing untoward about the 31-year-old artist’s relationship with her.
“Why u gotta make a lovely friendship ur headline?” she said on her Instagram story. “U guys are weird… For real.”
“Im very blessed to have amazing people in my life,” she added. “U dont get to choose that for me. its nice to have people understand what i do. Now get back to talking about real problems in this world other than my friendships…jeez.”
Brown’s rebuttal hasn’t caused the controversy to die down one bit, so we have to wonder, will Drake get in his feelings and call the whole show off? We won’t know until he steps out on stage.
