What: Jim Monaghan’s Irish Parade
When: 6 p.m.
Where: Molly’s at the Market

What: The Irish Channel Parade
When: 1:30 p.m.

Price: Free
Float riders throw vegetables, beads and trinkets, and marching clubs dole out roses and cheek kisses.

What: New Orleans Original Brass Fest
When: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Where: Armstrong Park
Price: $10 General Admission
This is the first event to help fundraise the  “Save Our Brass Culture Foundation” which was created to give opportunities for elder and retired local musicians a way to provide income for their families. Click here for ticket information.
